Bradley Hails Pop’s Influences
(Soccer365.com) - Having done more than enough with his U.S. National Team performances to quiet talks of nepotism, Michael Bradley admitted that having Bob Bradley as a father definitely has its perks – just not of favoritism.
"Obviously there have always been advantages and disadvantages for having my dad be a coach, but it has never got in the way of what I am trying to do," the younger Bradley, whose day job is with Heerenveen in the Netherlands, told Soccernet.
"He taught me how to act, how to carry myself, and taught me that if I came in to training everyday and gave everything I had to the team, that people on the inside would respect that."
