CD Boss: We Don’t Need Everyone
(Soccer365.com) - Chivas Guadalajara coach Manuel de la Torre has assured stateside fans that the team he brings to America on July 5th will represent the club ably.
The Mexican league giants will likely be without stars Alberto Medina and Omar Bravo, among others, when they tackle Peruvian power Alianza Lima in Houston.
"Our team will be mostly made up of our (reserve) players and other young prospects," De la Torre told reporters.
"There's no such thing as bad timing for Guadalajara," he insisted. "We have plenty of players and talent."
