Sarachan Expects Same Ol’ Blanco

(Soccer365.com) - Chicago Fire boss Dave Sarachan says he is aware that star signing Cuauhtémoc Blanco comes with personality to burn, and claims he has no intention of trying to put a squeeze on his new playmaker.

The Mexico ace made Gold Cup headlines after being provoked into a red card foul during a loss to Honduras, but the coach believes it is all part of the Blanco package.

"Certain teams might go after Blanco," Sarachan admitted the Chicago Tribune.

"He's had this personality," reasoned the Fire coach. "Just because he's playing for the Fire and Dave Sarachan, doesn't mean he's going to change."
