Ronaldinho Could Chase '08 Gold
Brazil star Ronaldinho is interested in competing at the 2008 Olympics, according to his brother and manager Roberto de Assis.
De Assis told globoesporte.com the Barcelona playmaker believes "winning the gold medal is one of the most important aims".
He continued: "Maybe this is the only title that he never achieved in his career. If the coach calls him, I'm sure he will go because he is dreaming of bringing the gold medal to Brazil."
Brazilian FA president Ricardo Teixeira claimed recently that the Olympic gold is a priority for the Brazilian national team, with senior coach Dunga having offered his services to coach the side at the tournament.
Ronaldinho, 27, could play in the championship with regulations allowing each team to field three players over the age of 23.
