Donovan Enjoying Beckham Link-Up
(Soccer365.com) Los Angeles goal monster Landon Donovan has sounded a warning to the league, explaining that he and David Beckham are starting to build a no-look chemistry.
The U.S. star has hooked up for goals with his England counterpart several times already on the young season and foresees more damage to league nets ahead.
"We understand the game the same way," Donovan told the National Post. "Having time to train together has made it even easier - now I know exactly where and how he wants the ball, and he knows where and how I want it."
"If he puts it in a good area, I have a chance to get to it."
