Ribery Linked With Man United
Alain Migliaccio, the agent of Franck Ribery, believes his client could join Manchester United in the summer to replace Cristiano Ronaldo if the winger decides to move to Real Madrid.
Ronaldo's link with Real has been widely speculated over and Migliaccio is confident that United will target Bayern Munich's Ribery if their current star jumps ship.
"If Manchester United sells Cristiano Ronaldo, Sir Alex Ferguson would like to cover that transfer with Ribery's signature," Migliaccio told Bild.
The 25-year-old has recently been linked with a summer transfer to Spanish giants Barcelona, but the club's president Joan Laporta has denied rumours of a deal already being in play.
"We didn't speak with his representative nor with the player's entourage," he told L'Equipe.
"If one day we were to plan it, we would speak directly with his club."
