Brazil knocked in two first half goals and coasted for an clinical 3-0 win over the United States in Confederations Cup action at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria. The U.S. was once again made to play down a man after Sacha Kljestan picked up a second half red card.

U.S. born Giuseppe Rossi scored a brace to help Italy overcome a one goal halftime deficit and defeat 10-man United States 3-1 in Confederations Cup action in Pretoria.

Kaka Saves Brazil Late

Kaka completed his brace with a 90th minute penalty to lift Brazil to a 4-3 win over Egypt in the Group B opener at Free State Stadium in the Confederations Cup. The recent Real Madrid signing opening the scoring on a fine individual effort in the 5th minute.
