Very Good - Mar 17, 2014
Player: B (Louisville, Ky.)

These gloves are very light and have decent durability. The grip, at least at first, is stupendous. The wrist band, however, is narrow and mine ripped slightly in the second week.

Fragile wrist enclosure. Tears easily.  - Oct 26, 2013
Coach: Mike (San Francisco Bay Area. )

As a goalkeeper coach I utilize midrange gloves for my training sessions. These qualify as a mid range glove in my opinion. What I have received from all gloves priced at this point and even below that are gloves that hold on for dear life in most aspects except the normal fingertip wear. That's a given. These gloves have been in use 3x a week for low impact training, no diving, no receiving shots, just basic catching when balls are given back to me for continued reps with my keepers. In 3 months time the wrist enclosure has detached to the point where it's no longer usable. The thumb stitching has fallen apart on the outer part of the hand on both sides from the black foam back to the wrist enclosure. Worthless in my opinion. If it wasn't a university requirement that we must wear all nike gear, I would not have a problem chucking them in a heart beat. Now I have to buy another pair. Won't be buying these. Never in my experience has a glove fallen apart in this fashion. Terribly unsatisfied.

Decent Glove but Overpriced - Sep 02, 2013
Parent: Dad (Ct)

I wrote a review for these gloves in the green color way a while back. They are a decent glove for a youth or recreational adult keeper to use for a game glove. They have a good grip and durability is good. With proper care and diving technique these gloves will last a full season of games and then some. The wrist strap is cheaply made and the elastic wrist opening is very tight. If you have larger hands you will have trouble getting these gloves on. Now for the reason that I won't buy these gloves again... Each year Nike updates their glove line and each year the only change they make is to the color of the gloves. This year they actually made 2 changes to this glove. They changed the color and increased the price by 50 percent. No other manufacturer has done this with their new gloves this year. If they increased the price by a few dollars I could tolerate it but a 50 percent increase and no improvements to the glove? This is a decent glove but is absolutely not worth the new price tag.

Great gloves for the price - Aug 05, 2013
Player: Damian (Boston, MA)

I was stepping in at GK after not playing in that position for over 3 years. I needed an emergency pair, my standards were high and I did not want to spend a huge sum of money for gloves I would only wear a few times. They fit well, felt great, had decent wrist support, and held the ball VERY well. My team asked me to consider moving to GK, and with these in my bag I might just consider it!
