Stone Hands - Feb 17, 2009
Coach: Chad Lorenz (Bel Air, MD USA)

I am a goalkeeper trainer in MD and was looking for a video to give me some new and different ways to train keepers. Not only did this video not give me any new ideas, but it also taught some basic skills wrong. This video should not be used by anyone looking to learn proper keeper techniques. The only thing this video is good for is possible adding a fun game to your training arsenal.

Soccer Dad - Apr 02, 2008

brought this for my 9 year old son and he really enjoys it. its helped give him his own private goalkeepr lessons from me. a very worthwhile purchase for a soccer dad and aspiring keeper.

Just what i needed! - Feb 13, 2008
Coach: Robert Rodriguez (Dallas, Texas)

i'm an ayso recreational asistant coach and had never coached a goalkeeper before. i was given the task of coaching the goalstoppers! this dvd gave me the tools to try and coach the goalkeepers of our team with great success. the kids absolutely loved the drills and we saw big improvement with their confidence and goalkeeping abilities. i recommend this to anyone starting out coaching goalkeepers.

Poor training video - Feb 04, 2008
Coach: Joe (Pennsylvania)

This video was a huge disappointment. I was looking for something to suppliment my coaching and this definitely di not fit the bill. The techniques and demonstrations were very bad in my opinion, using outdated techniques and coaching styles. My 9 year old felt embarassed as we watch the instructor tell his players to hold the ball like a teddy bear with arms crossed. I will stop bashing the video, but after playing 'keeper for over 30 years, I would definitely not recommend this video.

A great DVD - Jan 23, 2008
Coach: Darren Newman (sAn Diego, CA)

this is absolutely ideal for intermediate and new players and coaches. it seems its aimed at goalkeeper upto around 11 or 12. its seems perfect for that but coaching anything more than 12... it's a bit simple BUT thats why it's very good for about 7-12 years of age. packed with really good advice and tips and some great drills that i haven't used before. the thing i like about these dvds are that there good for my players to watch and for us coaches. also you can print of the techniques and drills when in your computer which is a great idea. it eneds up like a dvd and drill book combined. the menu system is very easy to navigate and works well to get to the parts you want. great value for a quality product. for coaches of older kids i highly recommend the simple soccer advanced goalkeepers too. from one goalkeeper coach to another or player a very good purchase it won
