Uppers cracked - Jul 13, 2012
Player: Randy (Chagrin Falls, Ohio)

THE PROBLEM: the uppers wrinkled immediately/permanently after walking 3 steps in the house and I just noticed those wrinkles have small cracks in them after playing only a few games. It was so premature. I've only had these a couple months! I have microfiber cleats that are years old and never had this problem. I was really bummed because I finally thought I found my new go-to cleat... these felt great, looked great, were light enough, had great traction and no break-in period. Too bad this had to happen. A week ago I would have easily given them 5 stars. Umbro has to go back to the drawing board on this material. You just can't have this happen to a cleat that is supposed to retail for more than $150.

Great price for a Great Boot!!! - Mar 30, 2012
Player: Chaz the Arboreal (California)

This was my first Umbro footwear purchase and I was not disappointed. I've been using the Umbro GT2 proS for almost a month now without any comfort, performance, or durability issues. If you're looking to try out a new boot, without having to rob your piggy bank blind, I'd recommend purchasing the GT2 Pro. Their fit is comparible to the Nike Vapor VII, but slightly more snug which is actually a good thing, depending on your preference of course. The GT2 Pro's upper, which is the same Teijin material Nike use on their Vapor line before they released the new Vapor8, allows for a nice feel when it comes to controlling and shooting the ball. After almost a month, this boot has shown no signs of wearing out and seems good to go for the months to come. Overall, this is a quality boot that will save you money and allow you to fly high above the flock of adiZeros and Vapors that routinely overpopulate today's pitch.
