Best Gloves Ever!!! - Oct 10, 2009
Player: TRob (Greenville, SC USA)
I've had these gloves for about a month and a half and they are by far the best I've ever had. If you prefer a glove that is tight fitting, light, durable, and with great grip, this is the glove for you.

Not Feeling It... - Jul 26, 2009
Player: Hunter Rigsby (Hickory, NC)
I'm not a fan of these gloves. After being a fan of Uhlsport for years, I figured I would give their so-called "revolutionary" new style of glove a try. In the long run, I don't like it. Reason 1: Price These gloves are remarkably thin and lightweight. Although this goes along with the idea of the gloves, it doesn't make sense why they cost so much. Less material should equal less cost. I don't want to pay for the idea, I want to pay for a quality product. Reason 2: Confidence These gloves do not inspire confidence when you strap them up. It is amazing the difference between regular gloves and these lightweight ones. They just feel awkward on your hands... Reason 3: Fit These gloves do not run true to size. Although they are meant to be tight fitting, they should still run true to size. I got a 10 normal size for me and they are too big in areas. The fingers are much too long while the palm and backhand are tight. I would look into the Cerberus Bionik.

i had these johns like 3 months ago, and i had just bought them. i went to play world cup with my team on the last day of practice for that season and had bought these for my club season, starting right after school soccer let off. anyway i went to play world cup and i dislocate my freak in pinky. i then had to take the greatest gripped gloves i had ever owned and got the adidas fingersaves, because i had no support after the injuru. these gloves proceeded to last me about 4 decent games. then those trash gloves got torn up due to the lack of quality. so now i need a new pair. the point is these gloves are FANTASTIC but they need fingersaves

READ BEFORE PURCHESE - Dec 12, 2008

Uhlsport is one of the leading goalkeeper brands in the world. The new Akkurats are supposted to be snug and thin. They model the shape of the hand so you have a better and sure grip. They do not have finger supports but the grip makes up for that. You need to moisten them alot so be sure to have a wet towel or water bottle handy. The price is high but they won't let you down if you like snug fitting gloves and a great grip. If you are looking for a glove with a snug grip and good support for the money buy the T90 Confidence but I would go with uhlsport any day just because of their shear quality.

Great Gloves! - Nov 29, 2008
Player: Jerry (California, USA)
These gloves are great. If you like gloves that fit a bit tighter on your hands, you love these gloves. They have a snug fit and really good tacky grip on the ball. In either wet or dry conditions you have a good grip on the ball and from what Iíve seen so far the gloves are durable too. The only thing missing are the finger spine supports. Besides that these gloves are perfect.
