Net Safety
Many times when referring to goal safety, anchoring is typically what most people solely think about. We would like to expand the concept of safety to include nets as well. There is a potential danger for unattended children to see a soccer goal as something to climb. Kwik Goal has taken steps to help address this concern. Smaller mesh sizes help prevent entrapment and discourage climbing and other misuse that can lead to serious injury or fatal injury. We have reduced our nets mesh size from the industry net standard of 140mm to 120mm. Both the ATSM in the U.S. and the English FA provide guidelines that highly recommend that mesh width not exceed 4.72 inches (120mm).
120 MM Net
Kwik Goal nets are made with a 120mm mesh, which helps in preventing injuries through entrapment.
2" Mesh Net
Kwik Goal has gone one step further by offering a soccer net with a 2" mesh. The smaller mesh size will eliminates the chance for entrapment and makes it nearly impossible for net climbing to occur.
