How to Order
After you click "Place Order" in your Gear Bag, you will need to enter your billing information.
If you are a registered user and have signed in, your billing information should automatically appear on this page.
Please take a moment to look over SOCCER.COM's Security Policy, which assures you that your transaction is 100% safe.
When your correct billing information has been entered, click "Next."
Next, enter your shipping information.
Again, if you are a registered user, your information will already be on the screen.
If you wish to send your order somewhere other than your billing address, enter the new address. For example, if you wish to send the order as a gift, type the recipients address on this page.
Registered users can save any new address into their address book by entering a nickname into the box below the address and clicking "OK".
At the bottom of the page choose the shipping method for your order. For help with selecting the shipping method, read SOCCER.COM's Delivery Policy on the right side of the page.
To continue click "Next".
On this page you will select your payment method. Your choices for online purchases are Goal Club Points or a Credit Card.
Only registered Goal Club members can pay using accumulated Goal Club points. At the top of the page you can check to see how many points you have earned. If you have enough to pay for an item, check the box beside the item. Then continue by pressing "Next" at the bottom of the page.
If Goal Club Points aren't an option for you, then you may pay using your credit card. Skip over the Goal Club Points sections and use the lower half of the page to enter all your credit card information. SOCCER.COM accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
Double-check your information and then click "Next".
FINAL ORDER PAYMENT:
This page allows you to look over the payment method that you have selected.
If everything looks correct, click "Next". If you would like to make a change click "Back".
FINAL ORDER VERIFICATION:
On this page, you should double-check to see you are getting the items you wanted at the price you expected. Look over the size and color of the item along with the shipping and handling charges.
Also, be sure to enter your e-mail address below so that we can you confirmation on your order.
If everything checks out, click "SUBMIT" to complete your order.
When your order is completed, you'll reach the order summary page.
Since it includes all the information about your order, we encourage you to print out this page and keep it in your records for future reference.
That's it, you're finished! Just relax knowing your transaction is safe and you'll be receiving your order very soon.
